Google End User License Agreement - This progam cannot display webpage

I have a toshiba laptop and downloaded google earth. As i tried to open google earth the above (google end user license agreement - this program cannot display the webpage) came up and I cannot get rid of it. It has no x to close it and I have closed the computer down but the same message comes up. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Uninstall it in your add/remove programs.

I have uninstalled google earth but the message is still there!

Try a system restore to a date before you downloaded it.
