when installing a sound card there is a potential for an irq
conflict between the sound card and a COM1 or LPT2 or Networkcard or secondary hard disk controller.
Which is correct?

Sound card works ok but speakers dont. Is it the Irq or DMA for speakers
or DMA for sound card or power supply of speakers?

Which is the number that precedes system board error codes- 1, 2, 3, or 4?
