HP Deskjet 3320 Printer Problem

Hi
When asked to print something, all works except the print cartridge, it does not move along to actually print.
Any ideas?

It sounds knackered to me.

is the cartridge installed correctly, maybe its moved a tad and so wont move along the carriage, take it out and reinstall it and se if that makes a difference
