Google access Error 403

Can anyone kindly assist? I keep getting Error 403 responses when I try to search for anything on Google although al my favourites work OK. I would be most grateful but not too techie!!

do you run "onspeed"?

I got this message when I had Onspeed so I uninstalled it and now I can use Google again.
You could use another search engine e.g. Yahoo.
