How do I get songs on itunes onto my ipod nano??

Please help me I can't get the songs on itunes onto my ipod.

In the left hand pane where your playlists are listed - With your ipod plugged in it will say DEVICES and underneath the name of your ipod.
Click on the little arrow to the left of the device name.Then click on manage music manually in the main window (which should show your ipods details)
Right click on your device name and click sync - this should upload your tunes.
