Application Fails to open correctly.

When I switch on My Computer which should automatically open on Desk Top. It makes a Sound and shows Application Failed and quotes no OX 800 106BA. Windows Defender to stop. If you ppress OK or Cancel it goes off and the Computer operates OK. The only problem is that it shows this message every time when it is switched On. Hope someone can advise of what to do.
