How can i save my favourites, preferably on a disc so i can transfer to my new laptop please ?

If you are using IE7, right click on the + sign next to the favourites star at the top left of the screen. (add favourites icon)

The click 'import and export' and follow the instructions.

On earlier versions select File/Import and Export and follow instructions.
I usually use a floppy. Browse for the A Drive in the appropriate box.
