According to a survey by cleaning brand Astonish, one in ten men only change their underwear once a week, and 6% said they only go for fresh undies every two to three weeks.  Three percent said they swap once a month and a smelly 2% go between two and twelve months before changing.

Those surveyed must have been the ones living in cardboard boxes and tents. Surely everyone changes their underwear on a daily basis?

That 2% definitely won't have any 'close' friends, that's for sure 🐟

My gran wore those pink silky near knee length bloomers. She kept her hanky tucked up the leg. There was always a pair drying on the line or in front of the fire, bit awkward when I was toasting the bread.

Thank heavens men no longer wear all in one vest and long johns.  They went on in October and didn't come off until May 😁

Before going to bed I take off my underpants and throw them against the wall . If they do not stick , good to wear next day .

One of my patients wanted to get dressed whilst in hospital and asked me to pass her a pair of pants from her cupboard.She then proceeded to sniff the crotch of them and declare that ' they were good for another day' ....

Here too, Smow, but I think it is true.  I remember we had a discussion here about washing hands after using the toilet or before preparing food - and some of the stories .... well, just yuk!  Old habits die hard I guess.
