i am having my first vaccination this morning otherwise would still be asleep. Anyone have any interesting plans for the day,
Morning emmie, not in for long as I'm off to Trurra for a quick weekend shop.....how are things...

enjoying the cricket here, England beginning to pulverise the Indian bowling.
Question Author
morning Dtc, not too bad, now that i have settled on some meds, things don't look quite as dark, bleak. Isn't the Six Nations on this weekend.
yes, so some good sport potentially. The cricket is on Ch.4 at the moment.
Question Author
i don't know whether i will up to much after the jab, but had hoped to see a mate this weekend, will have to wait and see..
think most people are fine, the main side effect seems to be a bit of fatigue but having to see someone is a good idea...good to hear that you are feeling brighter in yourself.
Question Author
haven't watched cricket for an age, used to go to Lords sometimes and once watched the NZ side when they were in Arundel in West Sussex - that was fun
small grounds are indeed fun....saw Ian Botham playing for Somerset down here - quite a bill accrued for the balls dispatched into the River Fal.
Question Author
is boaty going into hospital again, if so do you know what for?
Question Author
what the trip for Dtc, M&S or Waitrose....
Good Morning emmie and DT.
Thanks for starting emmie.
I was in Cheltenham Hospital yesterday for an Iron infusion.
Question Author
morning boaty,,, how are you feeling
M&S only......morning Boaty - we can always use an iron rod as a spine for you! Trust you are fine...
Question Author
what is an iron infusion boaty
It rather knocked me out a bit. It shouldn't have, but it did. Hence I'm late this morning.
Question Author
was it painful..
I had a drip in my arm for four hours. Still feeling a bit groggy.
usually for anaemia..... I used to have monthly injections when I was very young (still can remember a nurse missing my vein at Lancaster Hospital) plus I had to eat rare liver twice a week (which I liked) and codliver oil in the form of miniature rugby balls! Last had a touch after having measles in my teens.
No, not at all.
Gawd, 4 hours - stay away from magnets today, you may be in trouble!
