Error Message 452 4.7.0 [F}

Coming in from my VPN every so often - not all the time but it happens when I send an e-mail out. Receiving seems to be no issue...... Anybody seen this or know what it is? Could it be related to the amount of traffic out there on the e-mail provider's servers as I am US based when it comes to that - mind you, so is the AB site......
Can anything be done this end to minimise it?

That error code translates as "too many messages sent".
In order to prevent spam, your email provider's server is configured to throw a wobbly (and generate that message) if you try to send out loads and loads of emails within a short period of time. As you could be using lots of different email addresses for your (theoretical) spamming activities, the server identifies you by your IP address, rather than by your email one.
However (through using a VPN) you've chosen to hide your real IP address, meaning that the email server sees the IP address of the VPN instead. Thousands of other people will also appear to have the same IP address so, if lots of you all try to send mail at once, the email server sees it as an attempt at mass spamming. (Also, if someone really is trying to send out spam through the VPN, at the same time as you're posting, your email will be regarded as part of that spam because there's no way that the server can see the difference).
The only way around is to try a different VPN address or, far simpler, to disable your VPN when sending out mail.

Your VPN should have some sort of 'control panel' that allows you to switch between different server locations. (It's no use using a VPN located in the USA, for example, if you're trying to use it to watch Italian telly). There should also be a simple on/off button, enabling you to choose between having your web traffic routed through the VPN or just sent normally).
It's likely that that control panel is access through clicking on a little icon at the bottom right of your screen. (You might need to go via 'Show hidden icons' to find it). If you need further information, I'll need to know which VPN you use. (NordVPN? Express VPN? CyberGhost? etc).
