Friday. Another nice day on the way. The windows and back door open already.
Snowflake will have to amuse herself for most of this morning, a lot of running around to be done. She has the run of the back garden so she'll be OK. As usual she's crashed out on my pillow, fast asleep after patrolling the garden.

Good enough reason mate. We always found it was a good time to declutter. Vera was a Sheltered accommodation warden, so lots of moving about. Being born into a military family, then being in the army myself, during a rare idle moment, I counted how many times I've moved house during my life. 49!

I actually enjoyed moving house. Clear the clutter. I don't own much that I value.

I got a cross cut shredder from Lidl for a tenner.

It's all the crap that comes through the door. At the moment I rip up bills and soak them in boiling water and make them into paper mache balls :-)

A crosscut shredder is easier and quicker. It's all the junk that goes through mine, along with redundant documents etc.

Our council doesn't take shredded paper.

t'internet is becoming intermittent. So am calling it a day, before I put me big 'ammer through it!
