So it has arrived in Lockerbie, worried about the greenhouse blowing away, garden a swamp, oh to live in Scotland! What is it like where you are, roll on hurricane Betty!

It is very mild here in London. Not a drop of rain or a blast of wind to be had.

It makes it a pleasure to be out walking in weather like this.

N/Kent Coast, 2 or 3 very mild days, had the Bedroom fans on and windows open last 2 nights
A little bit windy. I noticed parents walking the kids to school in t-shirts today.
Heavy rain, windy and cold, North Coast N.I.

Just started to rain on Tyneside. Please keep the storm north of the border.
It always rains in Ireland.

Last time we went as soon as we touched down it started raining....fecking typical!
Ummmm....you'll need to go at the same time as I do......I always have good weather in Ireland.....went to the Literary Festival in November and had a beach day.....
I've had many a holiday driving to find a well that hasn't dried up....

The one exception was the time day I went to the cricket in Dublin.....that day it did rain.....x
It's been a beautiful, sunny day here in Suffolk. It's still very mild, with just a bit of a breeze.

It's only when we arrive. Without fail it will starts raining. It's me...I'm cursed!!

Last year we went in March and it was freezing. Went back in October and it was lovely.

Anyone in England that moans about the weather haven't spent much time back yonder. With OH's house in Sligo it always rains at the front of the house and often not at the back. FIL tried to explain why but I don't want an explanation....it's raining at the front, and it's not raining at the back, just enjoy the strangeness of it!!
Blowing hard and raining horizontal at times up here in N Wales. Going to get worse for us as well methinks.I have a horrible drive to make down the A55 soon to take 'She who must be obeyed' to visit her mum in hospital. But it is worth it as she is a brilliant lady who has had a nasty op this morning.

Ummmm.....I had a friend like you....folk phoned him to get his holiday dates so they could avoid them....
I'm looking at May/June for my next trip home....if you could just stay here then I'll be grateful.....☺
We've just had hurricane 'bawbag' pass us, there was a river flowing down my road 20 mins ago with a couple of wheelie bins floating past

The first time I ever got sun burnt was in Donegal (where my grandad is from)
We think it looks good Ummmm. She is 86 and came round in the high dependency unit this afternoon and within an hour or so they are getting her back onto a regular ward. She is a 5ft tall 7stone spitfire and made the staff laugh when she asked for her Nintendo ds game console.
