Sharp no contest dd. I'd have a Sharp over a Bush any day. Have you read the reviews on the Sharp link? All rate it highly. I've had a Sharp TV and it was excellent.

You are looking a TV discontinued by most retailers. Therefore it is end of line. £259.99 is not a lot for a TV these days. Bush have always been lower end TVs. Sharp would be the better of the two.
John Lewis or Richer Sounds are going to give you the best price in the UK by price matching.
Personally I would choose Panasonic or Samsung for not a great deal more than £300 ... plus you may get a 5 year warranty thrown in.
