Does anyone have an on line account? I have been trying for 2 days to sign into my account and can't - a page comes up saying "web page unavailable."
It is blooming annoying as I know I have had a win on a lucky dip but can't sign in to find out how much.

I've just signed in okay.

Hmm, I'll try thumping the lap top then to see if that helps
Yes I have an online account with the lottery and have had no trouble at all, in fact I have just this minute added £10 to my account.
I used Chrome.
That should do it Mrs O, it used to work for our old telly in the 60s and 70s.

You have to know exactly where to hit these machines though.
Question Author
I use chrome as well
Try clearing your cache - or try a different browser - or start Chrome in Incognito mode ...

... or go for the Percussive Maintenance option :)
Question Author
I remember doing that with the telly Hopkirk. It needed a good thump on the top
Question Author
Dave - speak English please - this is me you are talking to.
What is clearing your cache?
Are you trying to access it from an icon or favourites button? I had this problem a few weeks ago. I think they must have changed the default address.
I went in via a different route (google search) and got in OK. Then I changed the properties on my favourites button to the new address and have not had any problems since.

I have just gone into the site via Google and managed to get to the sign in page but when I filled in my sign in details it went back to the web page unavailable, grrrrr

Remember you saying yesterday that your numbers were 'burned into your brain', so, results and prize amounts here

Good luck!
Have you tried a different browser?
Is there a 'contact us' option? Can you ring them?
Question Author
Baldric, I have checked the results and know it is not one of my regular numbers, but a lucky dip
Top right side click on a screw - like icon scroll down to internet options,, select, then delete history and cookies

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en-GB

NB make sure that only the "Clear Your Cache" box is ticked - or you will lose your browsing history and any saved passwords etc
Perhaps the 'age safety thingy' has clicked on cos you look so young. It did it to me and stopped me checking the lottery.
Morning Xx.

Ah, missed that bit, sorry,
just trying to help.
Question Author
After much tinkering, muttering swear words under my breath and stopping for a cuppa before I hurled the laptop out of the back door I finally managed to access my account through IE.
After all that, I have won a tenner.
I will shortly be going out and intend to blow the money on a bottle of Bacardi.
Thanks for all your suggestions and help xx
