Sky is making me do my nut!!!!

I have been following the instructions to the letter to change my e-mails over from Virgin Media, and received a email to say it`s ok, but when I try to sign-in it won`t recognise either my password or user name, ARRRGGGG. I wish I`d stayed with V.G.

Where are you typing the userid / password in?

What email system are you using (Outlook, Windows Live Mail, browser)?

Have you set up the sky details into the email client (like Outlook or whatever)?
