Does anyone know how I get the 'Desktop' icon to appear on my Task Bar? This new machine does not have it showing and I have to minimise each open window to get back to the desktop screen? Thanks

Kind of confused. The task bar is part of Windows and has nothing to do with MS Office.

If you mean how do you get the desktop in Window 7, it's at the far right of the task bar (and virtually invisible until you hover your mouse over it).
