Just shows you Shell has a better class of customer and robber.

On the continent the Dutch and French makes jokes about Belgians as we do about the Irish.

True story but somebody rocked up to the autoroute Shell station at Ghent. Being a large station, they had a small booth in the middle of the line of pumps. he pulls out a shotgun and threatened the attendant inside. The attendant refused and he fired. Given the windows were bullet proofed, the shot bounced back and peppered him. Didn't tak e;long for even the Belgian police to find someone leaking blood from several small wounds in the local hospital.

However, in the US when this happened,, the Shell attendant in the cabin pulled out his gun and fired at the 'assailant' - again the protective glass and this attendant died from the bullet ricochet........
Sounds like both of them should be nominated for the Darwin awards.

The Darwin awards are for people of total stupidity who often manage to kill themselves, thus taking themselves out of the gene pool.

Presumably the next person robbing the station in the US turned up with a heavy machine gun with armour piercing rounds

Guns don't kill people people kill people

But apparently drugs do kill people
Thuggery might not be necessary but it would appear that some sort of a disguise is.
