I went to Muay Thai lessons for about a year, similar to KickBoxing.
Was great for fitness and confidence but I didnt wish to fight competetively.

I dont watch MMA as a rule but I am not 'anti' the sport, its bloomin rough at times though!. In terms of spectating, I am much more of a boxing fan.
