That the person behind me does not try to push me through too quickly as though they are more important than me. I hate that.

That the person at the checkout till actually makes eye contact and bothers that you're there , plus makes sure your change /reciept is in your hand . The supermarket I mostly use are very pleasant and helpful . :-)

That the person in front of me does not continue to pack their shopping when the checkout girl tells them the amount of their bill, packs every last thing then takes an age to then find their purse or debit card.

Also that a customer and checkout girl does not has a chinwag just because they know each other.

All women are genetically programmed to do that totterdown
carrust all women arent conditioned, i always have my card or cash ready to pay!!!
So do I as I tend to carry my card in my back pocket.
The other week I went through the checkout and was, quite obviously, still packing and not yet paid (yes I did have my card ready) and this man barged up behind and stood level with the card machine. I said excuse me to him so that he would move out of my way, but barely shuffled anywhere. But then said sorry claiming that he thought I had finished!! He probably normally gets the "little woman" to go to the shops. To me the most important thing is to respect others space and not crowd them.
it's men who are worst at checkouts - they seem to have this need to rake through there pockets so as to give the exact money....
