That the person in front of me does not continue to pack their shopping when the checkout girl tells them the amount of their bill, packs every last thing then takes an age to then find their purse or debit card.
Also that a customer and checkout girl does not has a chinwag just because they know each other.

The other week I went through the checkout and was, quite obviously, still packing and not yet paid (yes I did have my card ready) and this man barged up behind and stood level with the card machine. I said excuse me to him so that he would move out of my way, but barely shuffled anywhere. But then said sorry claiming that he thought I had finished!! He probably normally gets the "little woman" to go to the shops. To me the most important thing is to respect others space and not crowd them.
