The PDC.
The BDO version is easier.

2009 BDO Champion Ted Hankey finished with a three-dart average of 91.47. If you compare that with all the finals of the PDC version (which Phil Taylor doesn't win every year, Bob - Dennis Priestley, John Part and RVB might have something to say about that)

1994: Dennis Priestley 94.38
1995: Phil Taylor 94.11
1996: Phil Taylor 98.52
1997: Phil Taylor100.92
1998: Phil Taylor 103.98
1999: Phil Taylor 97.11
2000: Phil Taylor 94.42
2001: Phil Taylor 107.46
2002: Phil Taylor 98.47
2003: John Part 96.87
2004: Phil Taylor 96.03
2005: Phil Taylor 96.14
2006: Phil Taylor 106.74
2007: Raymond van Barneveld 100.93
2008: John Part 92.86
2009: Phil Taylor 110.94

Hankey wouldn't have won any of the PDC finals.

Thank you for your answers. I would have thought the BDO version would be harder due to the qualifying rounds involving numerous players. As I understand it, the PDC are a small group of profesional players who play each other all the time with and it is a bit of a closed shop.
