Netherlands win, both Depay and Wijnaldum have 2 SOTs and i have another £40 in the old bank account.

£5 Belgium 2-1 @ 17/2

£5 Denmark win, BTTS & Over 2 cards @ 7/1

Finland couldn't get on the scoresheet and Belgium won 2-0. That's a £5 free bet, and Lukaku scored, so that's another £3 free bet.
Better news in the other game, Denmark won, BTTS and there were 3 cards. Another £40 in the account. Loving this competition :-)
Just been doing a bit of admin on my profit/loss for the tournament since it began. So far i have staked a total of £138 and received a total of £341.05 in winnings. Total profit = £203.05 :-).
Waiting to see the line-ups before betting on tonight's two games.
Scotland need to beat Croatia to avoid going out of the competition and will no doubt field their strongest 11. The same applies to Croatia. Normally i would wait for the official line-ups, but i'm almost 100% sure these two will play, and both have a penchant for giving their names to the referees;

£5 both John McGinn and Mateo Kovacic to be carded @ 11/1
Is the Scotland game on live elsewhere because I would rather watch that now that the England game is in fact a dead rubber
The Scotland game actually has qualification riding on it
ITV 4, Sticky.
Thank you very much Ken
Just seen the line-ups for the England game; Maguire, Grealish and Baka to start, Foden rested, Walker back in the side but Trippier not recalled, Luke Shaw preferred.

Totally unconvinced that England will score 2 goals but it's a free bet with 365;

£5 free bet England to win 2-1 @ 8/1
Just realised i have a £3 free bet with Sky, so;

Scotland v Croatia; £3 free bet @ 9/1; Under 2.5 goals scored, both sides to have 5 or more corners, at least 4 cards in the game.
Gave the bookies a fiver back last night :-(

All four of tonight's matches have a lot riding on them so i am expecting full strength teams to line up. Given what has gone before, attempting to predict the outcome of tonight's games could be folly. So i've concocted this little fourfold that doesn't mean having to predict who wins, though Germany and Spain ought to be 'dead certs' - Germany 1/7 and Spain almost 1/5.

Sweden v Poland Under 2.5 goals
Spain v Slovakia BTTS? No.
Germany v Hungary BTTS? No
Portugal v France h/t draw

£5.35 @ just under 8/1 = poss £47.88 return
I'm gonna watch the Sweden v Poland game - fed up of watching Spain pass the ball a zillion times just to get out of their own half - and i'm hopeful of the following bet;

Albin Ekdal and Mateusz Klich both to make over 3 tackles.
£5 @ 9/1
Still waiting on Willy Hill's decision on above bet - i know Ekdal made about ten tackles so it's all down to Klich. Trouble is, Poland have a Klich and a Glik and it was sometimes hard to hear which the commentator said was making the tackles :-/

£2 free bet; Kai Havertz FGS @ 6/1
£5 free bet; Ronaldo and Mbappe both to have over 1 SOT @ 6/1
Kai Havertz didn't read my script correctly, he scored the 2nd goal, not the first :-(
Ronaldo did his job but Mbappe had one SOT then disappeared for the rest of the game :-((

With the group games all done, some of my pre-tournament bets have gone down the Swanee and my profit is now just £163.82.
I will, of course, be betting on individual games but i have also done a 'last 16' acca;

26 June; Denmark win, Italy win
27 June; BTTS & Netherlands win, Belgium win
28 June; Spain win, France win
29 June; England draw, Sweden draw

£5 @ odds boosted to just over 200/1 = poss £1,006
In the hope that Wales get a few free kicks within Bale's range;

Bale to have at least one shot on target in 90 mins;

£10 @ Evens (Should be 1/4) Sky
That was about as inept a performance as is possible to display. Not a singles shot on target, even when going 2-0 down. Wales have quite rightly been lauded for their performances so far so i hope they don't bleat about the flak they will surely get for that clueless show.

Hoping for better luck with the following 2 bets on the Italy v Austria match;

£5 Insigne over 2 SOT @ 11/2
£2 free bet Italy win 3-0 @ 10/1
Gave the bookies £20 back yesterday, so my profits have now shrunk to £143.82.

Today's first match sees a rejuvenated Netherlands take on the Czech Republic and i've gone for 2 bets, one which was on offer and one which had to be built;

Both Memphis Depay and Patrick Schick to have 2 or more shots on target during 90 mins. £5 @ 6/1.

Depay to score anytime during 90 mins
Czech Rep to score anytime during 90 mins
Dutch 6 or more corners
Czechs 4 or more corners
Czechs 2 or more cards.
£5 @ 14/1.
Quite an entertaining 2nd half and a good overall performance from underdogs, Czech Republic. Even before the red card they were posing problems for the Netherlands who were not able to play their free-flowing game.
As for the bets; the Dutch had 6 corners, Czechs 5, Czechs scored but only had one yellow against them and Depay did not score. In fact, Depay did not have a single SOT whereas Schick had 2.
In today's 2nd match, Belgium meet Portugal and though i quite fancy the Belgians to win, predicting the result of these knock out stages is a tad dicey. Italy came so close to being knocked out yesterday and the Dutch are on their way home - both sides having won all 3 of their group matches. Just as Belgium did:-( So the bet is;

BTTS, each team over 3 corners, each team over 1 card. £5 @ 9/1

I have also put a fiver on Belgium to win 2-1 @ 10/1, generating a free £5 'in -play' bet. If the game ends in a 'bore draw' (0-0)i get my stake money back.
