OH's birthday went well and she loved the snow shovel with heated grip from me, can't wait to use it!

TOH - you're in God's Country, are you not? I shall be travelling over to York on Boxing Day with my eldest son and his son so that we will have a family day with all the grandkids together in one place - sheer heaven!!!

A lie-in eh? They don't happen often, but when they do they can be nice.
I woke at 4.45 with a start thinking I hadn't set the alarm clock, which is silly as it's on repeat mode.

Morning Boaty. TOH - fond memories of Brid and the bingos on the front with my late mam and stepdad. Also the trips to Withernsea market and day trips to Flamborough Head. In the 60s they used to hacve a caravan at Reighton Gap - lovely beaches then. I must make a journey back there one day to see how things have developed or possibly eroded!!!
