then all this rubbish with the GMC will be over. My evidence heard and hopefully this person will be dealt with appropriately.

It’s been a hellish few months. First I wasn’t needed, then I was, I said I didn’t want to do it, they agreed it wasn’t in my best interests with my health etc. Then I was asked could I as my evidence/charges are unique and some people aren’t able to do so. So I gave it some thought and said I’d do it if not for me, for them.

Whilst I sympathise to a certain extent I don't understand the posting if your unable to talk about it as people are going to ask questions.

The point to my posting was I’m relieved that the end is finally in sight.

In time I will have more than likely have came back when it was over and said. But I feel the jist was given in my reply to Bazile, basically this person was rude - to not just myself but people in a worse state than me, he spoke to me like I didn’t matter, took no time to read my file before he came in all guns blazing saying I needed x y and z when I only needed x and y. He spoke about me to another person like I wasn’t there and didn’t stop once to see if I had any questions. I was basically left feeling that that’s what was going to happen come rain or shine. His tone lack of care and empathy for someone who is meant to be in a caring and empathetic profession was a disgrace.

I initially didn’t want to do it because it made me suffer greatly with my anxiety. But I thought if those who have also complained but are unable to speak up someone has to do it. So I agreed!

I’m all set DT. I’m in ‘now you listen to me’ mode. I’m not that same girl I was 5/6 years ago. I can’t be made to feel teeny again. I’ve grown a lot since then and I’m going to make sure they know it.
