Im friends with this girl that i knew from school and i think she fancies me and i dont what to do be friends with her for more time or ask her out on a date and now her friend who i also know from my school fancies me too

What do i do ?

The bottom line is this, if you don't fancy either of them then just stay friends - you can't make a 'have' out of a 'have not'. If you fancy one but not the other then it's down to you if you choose to make a move or not, all part of the learning process.
