1-0 - Liverpool would have (probably) settled for that at the start and did enough to suggest that they should win the return leg.
lets see what happens at anfield. poor defending
cmon liverpool please win, then Torres will be back for the final!!
man city are after torres, after this season he may just jump
I can't seem to muster any sympathy for Liverpool :-p
I think he might cazzzz if they finish in the top 4.
man city are starting to work well together, they have some good names, he must be tempted to jump the sinking ship. even gerrard cant be arsed these days
We really needed an away goal there. :-(
hmm. just like heather mills.

Yep, an away goal would have been very helpful.

And come on City get it together and finish above that London lot.
I'd rather Spurs or Villa got the 4th place............unfortunately I can't see that happening.
Im not fussed where villa finish as long as we beat birmingham sh!tty
i dont want lfc to get the 4th spot. they can concentrate on the league nx season and hoping torres gets fit and can play at least 90% of the games
You tell them Cazz :-)
Boing Boing!
Spurs deserve 4th place after beating The Gooners and Chelsea
laugh now wba but you will have to visit the sty next season as well ;)
nothing more satisfying than watching arsenal getting beaten ;)
Sunday afternoon as I was leaving for work, the kid next door was gloating that Arsenal were 2-0 up against Wigan and that they were gonna win the league lol
Anybody got the latest L/Pool score? (Presume the game's finished now?)

As for City, I think they deserved to win on Sat + was very unlucky. Scholes was just in the right place at the right time and was lucky. First thing I thought is - Added Time goal AGAIN - makes me wonder.......

United's 2 games before the derby, were shocking and even when Rooney did return on Sat, there was a slight improvement in United's play but still very much a cause for concern and claims of United having a chance of finishing 1st is laughable. Chelsea have a game in hand, plus are 1 point ahead, Chelsea have secured 1st place and deserve it
