Thing is if he was indeed cautioned then im not sure it would be public knowledge like clarion says.Some papers may not want to publish information incase of legal repercussions.

But without anything to confirm clarions alllegations thats alll they are .Unfounded allegations im afraid.


Unless someone has any conclusive proof id suggest putting this to bed.
