Hello everyone - this will be our last thread of the season.  The previous one is here -

Game Week 39 begins this evening, with the schedule looking like this -

Fri 3rd - 1 match, kick-off 20:00
Sat 4th - 5 matches, 1st kick-off 12:30
Sun 5th - 3 matches, 1st kick-off 14:00
Mon 6th - 1 match, kick-off 20:00

Helpful sites -

You can set your Captains for all upcoming match days in advance or choose them daily before the first kick-off.

Please remember to check if you need to make transfers because of orange/red exclamation marks next to players on the pitch diagram, due to injuries, suspensions or other absences & the 2nd link above can be helpful with extra info about these.

I'll post further reminders & nudges as usual.

I hope a good weekend is had by all πŸ™‚

A reminder that all 10 matches kick-off at 16:00 today (see my post end of Page 2 this thread).

I'll add to that by saying that the line-ups for each game ought to be available just after 3 pm. Useful for those who still have transfers available.

Thanks for the table, Arky & well done to Togo for securing 1st & 2nd!  Some happy symmetry for me with 6th place.

I've already said it, but I'll repeat that I hope you had fun (despite results & transfer disasters! 😡) & with all being well, we can start again in August.

Stay safe & well, all 😊

You're welcome L.I.K.
Dodgy season from the off for me, started with what I thought obviously were star studded teams. Like United the wheels were never really put back on the bus by November.

"He dribbles a lot, and the opposition don't like it—you can see it all over their faces."

Ron Atkinson

Well done to my mate Togo (bit greedy having the 1-2, though), happy enough with my 2 top ten finishes, and thanks to both LIK and Arky for the updates, etc. Well done, chapsπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

See you all (and more, i hope) again next season.

It has been fun despite being left with no transfers for a big part of the season due to my misunderstanding of injury/transfers. Congrats to the winner and thanks to L-I.King and Arksided for all help at the start. ⚽️

Your're welcome both.

Moora, a shame you didn't understand about the tranfers, hope it's clearer now and hope you join us again next season.

I'm supposed to know what I'm doing yet still ended up 14th & 17th so it's tough with so many 'Lucky' managers about πŸ˜‰

I just saw Ken in LP & remembered that he asked to see my final-day teams -

A few doubling-up there - my problem all season was being unable to pick the right Captains; I had Palmer & Haaland on the last day.

My final line-ups were;

Earwig O'Again; Raya, White, Saliba, Robertson, Odegaard, Palmer, Foden, Du Bruyne, Havertz, Haaland (Capt) and Foster.

Catchus Ifyoucan; Leno (???), White, Saliba, Akanji, Foden, Palmer, DuBruyne, Rodri, Salah (Capt), Jackson and Isak.

With about 2 months of the season left, both my teams had a mix of Liverpool, City and Arsenal players in them, but as Liverpool's challenge wilted, i transferred a few 'reds' out and brought in the Chelsea players as the blues were belatedly playing how one would expect.

I've got the question marks by Leno because i put him in for just the one game, then found i couldn't get rid without losing one of my outfield players.

Looking forward to next season already - and i don't just mean winning the Championship againπŸ˜‰ UTC

I see your Captain picks were as much use as mine, Ken πŸ˜„

I put Salah back in thinking he'd shine again on the final day.  Oh well 🀷‍♂️
