The Hatters have had quite an inauspicious start to life in the top league, losing both their games, shipping 7 goals with just the one reply.
In contrast, the Hammers have picked p 7 pints from their 3 games so far, winning their last 2 by 3-1 v Chelsea then Brighton.
Jarod Bowen is your archetypal live-wire footballer and has already seen his name on the scoresheet twice in his 3 games to date. He ought to be 1/3 to have a shot on target against Luton, but Silly Bill are going evens to a £10 max stake.
