If there was such a thing ' Would you sell your soul to the Devil' We've all heard about selling your soul for fame and fortune in the movies...But if Satan gave you a price!! say illness in a relative cured or just plain old fame and fortune...etc etc...what would you let it go..if at all???

This country is selling its soul to the devil.
In return for cheap labour we get flooded with anti social immigrants that are draining the countries resources, just to keep big business happy. Then we dare not criticise the newcomers too much, for fear of being called racist, so we watch as our traditions and culture drain away, to be replaced by a hotch potch of 'multikulcher' and our own symbols of Britishness are binned, one by one, to make the aliens feel more at home.
Thank you Trevor Philips, you are doing a wonderful job - not!
I'd give the Horned God my soul in return for the existence of tolerance and mutual respect across cultures and species.
Theland's only winding up - he's sitting there now in his non-leather shoes and hemp smock, working on his chakra lord luv 'im.
Well bearing in mind I'm a souless, little thing and probably wouldn't get 50p for mine, (we'll not get in to my religious beliefs)... If I was going to sell it then it would be entirely for selfish reasons. I don't think I'd be asking for world peace.
Now then Lil, just because we went to school together ......
Do you know the worst foriegn import of all - middle eastern religions - destroyed our natural pagan religions.

Is it possible to reconcile Christianity and xenophobia, I wonder?
Waldo, "Is it possible to reconcile Christianity and xenophobia?" According to some Christians, clearly not, but according to Jesus. I would say definitely yes. Perhaps the question should be "is it possible to reconcile Christianity and Jesus?'" I don't think so.

Sorry to change the subject, stevie, but in answer to your question, I don't believe in the Devil, but if he wasn't a figment of fertile imaginations, and he did offer me a price, I would turn it down.
Oh Waldo..I think I love you.
To lose one's soul to the Devil will result in eternal damnation so any price is too high. In the heavenly hierarchy, Lucifer was second only to God and above the angels and archangels. Satan gets a really bad press. Perhaps the Satanists are right and he's not as bad as he is made out to be.
The nearest I've got to selling my soul is going to Tesco's every week for my shopping.
Luna - you must do penance! Maybe Naomi can suggest some!
How about collecting the trolleys....No maybe not, that sounds like fun. :0)
Satan is much misunderstood. He wasn't the one who created the common cold virus or the tarantula.
One of my sons is a 'trolley dolly' to pay his way through uni. Long shifts small pay in all weathers, so it is not much fun. We'll think of something.

jno - who / what made them like that in the first place, if originally the creation was 'good?' Satan?
I've got it !!! Taste testing the wine...It's not all good you know?
There are no bad wines - some are simply better than others! Think again!
Theland ...... Luna's penance? !!!! Aldi!!!
Luna, forget it! Wine tasting indeed!! You can't fool us with that one! (mmm .... I might rethink that if I can come too).
I don't know Theland, four bottles went down the sink and I remember saying," That's bad".
By the way, I didn't buy it.
Sorry stevie, I think Satan was conjured up by those who wish to keep people suppressed.
Theland, do you mean that before Satan got his wicked way, cold bugs were good, and tarantulas weren't scary and dangerous?
They've got some great wine in Aldi. :0)
