morning, Monday already, the start of the working week for some. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I am meeting up with a friend for coffee later, which will be nice.

todays forecast for the capital is a lowly 19c, a mostly cloudy day. As long as it doesn't rain..

A couple of sunny spring days ahead then lots of rain forecast.

oh ok, sure it will be edible, after all she wouldn't cook something that wasn't. I have a variety of meals, including chicken kviv, which i will have later this evening,

forecast is quite chilly today, autumn has certainly arrived, i have worn my fleece jacket for the first time in months. How i long for warm days, but that's now a long way off.

So so. Not good painwise but I saw grownsmow yesterday which was fantastic. If I could post a photo here I would. But don’t know if that’s even possible. But was just brilliant seeing him. He’s still my baby lol.

He is just such a great kid - I honestly cant say a bad word about him. He’s so hard working, kind, ……just a brilliant kid. X

I know, just so so sad that he’s moved so far away. It was only because of his new girlfriend, who is lovely actually, but when he met her he didn’t realise she lived so far away. Quite why he moved there rather than she move here I don’t know but well, it’s done now….

that's not too far, my friend goes to Devon on the odd occasion for her work, she lives in the capital. Could you visit him when you are well.

It’s pretty far from London. He got the coach here and it took 5.5 hours xx
