In final days of this old world were foretold to be a time of most important decision, because the ability to predict the future is one thing that distinguishes the true God from all false gods.(Revelation 7:9)

Sorry missed out a word, Well what did Jesus say at Matthew 7:13-14.
Well I know what it says in my bible, but you seem to be using a different version.
goodlife uses the" new world translation of the holy scriptures" (2013 revision)
The jw refer to it as an accurate, easy to read translation. If it's so accurate why does it have to be revised so frequently?

Simple. Word meanings change over time. You should realise that. Even with school text books, words change. For example, patience is replacing long suffering. Many people today don't even know what long suffering is.
Anyway, that is all for tonight.
GL, That does it for me, you have just proved that your god is not the true god (as if there was one)
//Anyway, that is all for tonight.\\ Ah, the old goodlife get-out clause.
Always liked Dave Allen's goodnight words.
"And may your gods go with you."
Thanks vulcan42. Unfortunately goodlife, neither of your 'quotes' from Revelation are in that version either.
With gods nearly as varied as the number of those who believe in them, it appears the one the greatest number would agree is the most likely candidate for the real thing is the one who is solely a figment of the imagination.

Here one for too follow Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)

13“You can enter true life only through the narrow gate. The gate to hell is very wide, and there is plenty of room on the road that leads there. Many people go that way. 14 But the gate that opens the way to true life is narrow. And the road that leads there is hard to follow. Only a few people find it.

Or the King James Version (KJV)
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Or Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB)
13 Enter through the derech (way) of the shaar hatzarut (gate of narrowness), for wide is the delet and broad is the rekhov (street) leading to Avaddon (destruction, hell, Abbadon), and rabbim (many) are they who enter through it.
14 But tzar (narrow) is the delet and constricted is the Derech (Way) that leads to Chayyim (life) and few are the ones finding it.
Your pick
scorpiojo, Goodlife has a habit of making it up as he goes along. I can only imagine that he thinks his bible doesn't always quite cover it.
Re 'Long suffering', the habitués of R&S here in AB must surely know what it means.
If I predict the numbers and win the lottery tonight, does that make me God?

One way to tell you whether you understand it’ is to answer two questions. What translation of the Bible do you generally use for your Bible study, Why do you use it—because you know it is among the most helpful in making God’s Word understandable, or just because you have long been accustomed to using it?

The best Bible I use today is New World Translation this one which says Rev:18.... But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time for the dead to be judged, and to give [their] reward to your slaves the prophets and to the holy ones and to those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.

Because you find who The God Of This World better, and who all the atheist worship and most of mankind.
Matthew 12:24) At hearing this, the Pharisees said: “This fellow does not expel the demons except by means of Be·el′ze·bub, the ruler of the demons.”(Mark 3:22)

Also, the scribes that came down from Jerusalem were saying: “
He has Be·el′ze·bub, and he expels the demons by means of the ruler of the demons.” (Luke 11:15) But certain ones of them said: “

He expels the demons by means of Be·el′ze·bub the ruler of the demons.”Satan the Devil and his demons are also rulers.

He is spoken of as “the ruler of this world” and “the ruler of the authority of the air.” (Joh 12:31; 14:30; Eph 2:2) That all the governments of this world are under his power is indicated by his offering them to Jesus Christ at the price of an act of worship.

(Mt 4:8, 9) Satan gives these governments their authority.
//Satan gives these governments their authority. //

Why doesn't God destroy him then?
