I think the 10 minute reference may have been a misunderstanding- I think the solicitor may have been talking about the pre-meeting with desktop which was earlier this week

I really hope that it is all made up and not genuine. I would hate to think that she/he is a real person and this is actually happening - I thought my neighbours were problematic!
