It starts about now and ends on Monday morning about 60 hours later. Any advice ?

Try not to worry or think about it. Keep your mind occupied elsewhere, ie music, book or best of all, raid the fridge. You'll soon drop off :)
You'll be asleep again from Monday to Friday, depend upon it. Work has that effect, as you may have noticed in shops.
