With posters who seem to feel it's their right to be unnecessarily cruel in their remarks.

Maybe thinking first has gone out of fashion...🤔

So...who's guilty of the bribery and corruption? 🤔

...to the brim? so you include yourself in that! Maybe bring some thinking back into fashion.

If there's bribery and corruption taking place, this moderator would like to make it clear that any such 'donations' to me should continue to be made in the usual plain brown envelopes.

😉

@15.20.Tee-hee,maggie.Us Scots know all about venality.

Funny how this post has two of the two nasty usual subjects commenting.

I hope that makes sense - I am tired after my day at 'work'.

Question Author

You make perfect sense wolf.

It might help us if we knew what necessary cruelty was.

15.26 Would a lump of bread pudding swing it?? Brown box.

@15.31.Loving it Wolfie, loving it.I take it you are referring to me and maggie. We are Scottish mate.Stuff your southern sentimentality.

Oh bread pudding!!  Mentioning that is really cruel.  I haven't had that in years ... and I love it!

The proper one made with spices and eaten like cake.  Not that  horrible slimey bread and butter stuff they quite rightly hide by smothering it in custard!

If you love it Naomi...make it! Though I much prefer the 'slimy '...done as a savoury version.

ynnafymmi...I doubt wolf means maggie 😆

SNAP wolf!

Pasta, look at it this way, why do you think some abers spend 12 hours a day on AB with the
aim ? To reply to every post .

I used to make it, pasta.   Might do it again at sometime.

I don't hide my bread and butter pudding under custard, I just eat it as it is. And it's never slimy.

Anne 👍🏽

Question Author

Vagus...I used to make it a lot when I worked. I made a custard that it was baked in...it was always on the dry side, which I prefer. There was custard on the side for those who wanted to drown it 😉
