She asked him if "biologics" were recovered from any crafts retrieved by the government.

"Even if we knew there was life in the closest star system and that we could find a way of communicating at 100c we still would find it almost impossible to have any sort of communication and that is 100c at the closest. The oldest possible radio communication from us that may well have leaked into space is at most 130 years old. So that is about 5th of the way to Betelgeuse and that is a pretty close local star in the scheme of the galaxy.......see what I mean? "

I don't worry about sceptics, I was one once. What intrigues me is why people like Nike Pope who worked for the MOD has followed on after leaving and continued his private investigations.
Although not allowed to say too much as he'd signed the Official Secrets Act.
