... but I have yet to see a single 'non-binary' / 'they' / 'gender fluid' etc.etc individual, famous or anonymous, whose clothes, hair, facial expression, and overall demeanour-

are not silently screaming -

"Please please please, for God's sake notice me, I am starving for the attention of complete strangers!!!!!"

Anyone disagree?

by definition, they're just the ones you notice. What about the ones you don't?
Evening, andy. On here or in the outside world? ;)

I have to say most folk in my community are as I would wish them to be. AB remains a different proposition...
What an odd post. I doubt they are following you around tapping your shoulder to make you look at them.
They're living their lives as they wish and as long as they don't frighten the horses can't you just get on with living life in your sweet way and let others do the same?
As I was saying to James Taylor, just the other day.

I am happy to live and let live, but when the attention-seeking behaviour of a miniscule minority reaches such disproportionate heights in the disturbance of the wider society, my tolerance for their insecurity starts to stretch beyond its considerable limits.
Guess it may occur more in some areas than others. Don't often go into cities and bustling communities but seeing what the mass media bring us daily I can get andy's message.
Just as people say you always know when someone is a vegan because they bang on about it - the truth is they are unaware of the majority of vegans because they don't mention it.

Most people who live their lives in a different way from what is considered normal prefer to do so quietly.

There are shrill, noisy, attention seeking, over the top trouble makers in every part of society including heterosexual carnivores.
Some friends of mine had a great time on a cruise for gay people.
Just struck me, Andy, that you could take a booking to speak on a cruise and then find it's for the individuals in your OP.
Your tolerance will be quite stretched.
Please don't jump overboard. ;-)

Interesting gness, but since cruise companies like to make a profit, there is none to be had by offering an entire vessel holding around five thousand passengers to such a tiny minority - they could cruise comfortably in a park boating lake dinghy!!!
A cruise for gay people!? Why? Can you imagine trying to set up a cruise for just straight people? There would be uproar.
So why are you getting your Yfronts in a twist over such a tiny minority, Andy? ;-)
As part of the travel survey work I did for many years, I frequently had to ask respondents to questionnaires which box on a form closest matched their sexual identity. I can't remember a single one of those people who opted for 'non-binary', 'other' or similar having clothes, hairstyles or anything else that marked them out as 'different' in any way.
Obviously if you think they're screaming for you to notice them it's working a treat.

I'm not bothered so I don't give them much thought.
You’re a star, Barry. :-)
There are many more, gness.
barry, there may well be more but where did andy link his OP to his cruise work?
I love celebrating differences, Barry. We have a three day festival here in Ireland just for redheads. It’s great fun.
