Easy to moan but (personally) this last year has been good to me in many respects.

2018 has been a good year for me mainly, am always surrounded by happy,interesting people who love me.

There have been a few sad moments, but we all have those.

I met my partner last January, which is the best thing that ever happened to me despite all the crap that comes with that as well. He's made me an entirely different and better person and made me want things I never thought I could want with anyone, and when we're together he makes me so happy :) x
I also got a lot of very good career perks as an added bonus and I appreciate my family far more now I've spent so much time away from them.

I don't look forward to new year. Just highlights more time passed, another year we won't see again, another year gone from our lifespan. Quite depressing really.

I'm positive I can't think of owt worth claiming was good. 2 funerals, no holidays, little progress on much. More aches and pains, image in mirror looks worse, mind still going, along with the body.

Apart from that I am still here and looking forward to a better New Year. Isn’t Life fun

i had the best year - my beautiful youngest daughter arrived safely and completed our family

I think we all have sad times. My uncle died last month and my friends husband was killed coming home from his xmas works do. He was only 39.

I had a sad moment when my aunt died, but rest of the year has been good. Looking forward to 2019.

I spent a long time mourning a dear friend this year but I realise now that she is at peace and I hope that she would have been proud of what I have achieved and what I plan to achieve next year.
I received some news about an exciting work opportunity on Friday and cannot now wait to return after my sick leave

I know you asked for positive things, nailit, but having two aunts die and a cousin killed in a senseless traffic accident I can't think of many positives. Hope next year is better for everyone.

Still here though,Jno,which can’t be said for a good few of my friends a lot younger than me, I have a wonderful Family which makes everything worthwhile.
