Do you admit your faults and mistakes easily or do you find it hard to do so?

I do admit my mistakes and apologise if it is appropriate. Sometimes I do not realise my error, but if it is pointed out to me, and I can see that it is indeed a mistake, then I am happy to admit it and apologise for it. That to me is adult behaviour.

Easy, as I would expect others to find it.
Always ready to admit when I'm in the wrong, life is too short to dig your heels in for no good reason.
If I make a mistake, and it's pointed out to me, I apologize and leave it at that. I don't find it hard to admit that I'm wrong.
No, I do not admit my faults (even if I had any) and certainly do not admit my mistakes.......depending upon your occupation then if you, then you are dead in the water.

What would be the point anyway?
Yes, I would think about things and apologise. You?

I am never wrong.............................!!!
No problem admitting when I'm wrong - costs me nothing.
Depends on how it been put to me. But if I am wrong will readily admit it, most times.
"Sorry seems to be the hardest word"
I have found that in real life it is arrogant people who do not admit when they are wrong. Even when pointed out to them. But they mostly seem happy in their ignorance so who knows!

I would not want anyone working for me that was not of stout enough character to apologise for mistakes.

By not admitting your mistakes and taking ownership of them you don’t learn.

However I do know someone who apologies all the time. Even when just leaning over to get something.
Wrong? I’m a woman so I’m never wrong!
Yes if I'm wrong I'll own up straight away, admit it and apologise, especially if it's something I've done that's hurt someone else or caused damage. If it's a subjective matter of opinion however people can wait 'til hell freezes over.
Not in a spelling contest, Eleena. :-)
;0)
I'm Irish and was brought up Roman Catholic......so I have, as Edna O'Brien put it...A long iceberg of guilt.....
I feel guilty when I shouldn't so apologising comes easy to me.......even when I haven't made a mistake or when I'm right.....

I'm sorry if you find my answer confusing, Nameless...... :-(

It does not happen often but when it does if I'm wrong I will put my hands up to it and say sorry.
I have no probs admitting my mistakes...because I am the first to accuse those who make them. What's the problem admitting one is wrong? You made the error..own up. It takes a big person to admit their failures.... It is a coward who doesn't own up.
I love it when I am wrong. It's an opportunity to learn more.

My life consists of going round the world telling people about a certain aspect of business. I'm not often wrong. As I get older, people call me out less and less. That's bad news because it makes me complacent.

So I genuinely look forward to the times when someone can teach me something.

AB can do that :)
I'll tell you if I ever experience it.
