Waist Twister.

How are people, who bought one of these, getting on?

I have lost 4cm from my waist and 5cm from my hips. I have been eating less though.

Any progress?

I've had mine a few days so early days as yet, I try to use it in the morning. It makes my legs feel funny :-( and I'm certainly not eating less!

My calves feel kinda wobbly when I get off it.....

No no, the calves don't wobble, LOL - it's a bit like sealegs when I get off!

Keep your head still when you use it, then you won't get dizzy.

I do, I tend not to move the upper body at the moment, just twirl the waist and bend the knees.....

I don't bend my knees, boxy. I keep them locked. That must be why you feel wobbly.

I bend them with them pressed together - that's what the woman on the box it came in is doing :-)

I am on mine for about 5 mins x 3 daily..have not measured but defo feel it is working..waistbands a bit looser ...

I hold arms at chest level fingertips touching and throw them in reverse to feet ..thought I might try holding small weights and flapping up and down while I twist next ?

It's working on your abdominable core, the twisting action highlights the oblique muscles... good exercise
