I'm not sure why it's an Environmental Health issue. The frogs may decide to 'hop it' once they realise the pond has gone, but maybe they'll be upset if there were tadpoles in there
You have obviously disturbed them by removing the ponds where they have been living.
Frogs maybe protected so "getting Rid" of them maybe a criminal offence.
Dont know why they want to come in to a dry house as they like damp conditions.
They will move to other gardens, areas on their own.
You have taken away their nursery, they are hopping mad!!!! Give them a pond back!!
Poor things.
It's a shame that the frogs have lost their breeding grounds, it seems to have been well established.
They are under threat from disease and habitat loss in the UK.
Transporting them can induce stress and possibly increase the spread of disease ie 'Red leg syndrome'
Hopefully the frogs and possibly other amphibians will move on to pastures new of their own accord, if there is somewhere else near-by.

It may help if you can contact a local wildlife trust or the environment agency for help and advice.

Sorry if it's made you feel bad, I guess you had your own reasons for getting rid of the ponds, it sounds like a horror stort out there
