Ok we all know it's some load of bull trying to get us to sign up etc etc. Anyway the headline on this ad says something about a food never ever to eat. My curiosity got the better of me, anyway when I clicked on the link I got the squillion page boreathon about some chap who's achieved 4% body fat etc etc, anyway does anyone have a summary of what they are going on about rather than having to sit through the whole presenation. Anyone know the Food/foods they say never to eat? thanks
