Apparently when the pubs do re-open on Wednesday a Scotch egg counts as a "substantial meal"!!

I remember many, many years ago when bars were allowed to open on Sundays in Ontario that they had to serve food. Bars that didn't have kitchen facilities just plonked a plate-full of potato chips in front of you:)
