Yeah, the similar questions link, totally reliable. Anyway, the answer is (a) his eyepatch, only (b) it isn't really because he didn't actually wear one.

Well spotted, kazza12345.  I am sitting up at night and got on to the 'similar questions' page of my topic.  I forgot where I was and answered on the thread, only to realise after posting that it was a question nearly 3 years old!   Really, I must take more supplements....
