When not reinforcing your prejudices with a daily shot of the Mail/Graun/Telegraph or indeed the Currant Bun ... what do you read for fun and/or information?

I subscribe to Private Eye, PCPro and New Scientist - I wouldn't miss an issue of any of them, if at all possible.

I also see copies of DSLR User (a photo magazine) and Uncut (music m'lud) on a fairly regular basis.

Marie-Claire and Red I'm afraid.
I haven't read a magazine for years and that was Viz, though that's more of a comic :)

Does the Good Food count, I used to subscribe to that but found the recipes being repeated.
Pssssssst, do top shelf mags count, dave.
Hi S-D, I read the ones left at the Doctor's .
Sometimes Custom Car and Hotrod Hotrod is an American mag.
OK, Hello, and Woman's own
None I'm afraid - can't be doing with "celebrities", diets and makeup/clothes. Too grumpy me!
Dave, sorry to interupt. I called in at Aldi today to try the pork pie you mentioned. I couldn't find it. The staff said they had never heard of it. Are you sure it was from Aldi?
I subscribe to . .

I also read (on a semi-regular basis) . . .

I save Private Eye and New Scientist for long journeys on trains!
hardly dare own up, but if I am flying away somewhere to keep my occupied and amused on the journey I buy Take A Break, Womans Own, Pick Me Up etc, ie awful stories, competitions etc. I somehow subscribe to Readers Digest. Ages and ages ago I took out a year subscription for about 12 pounds and they seem to keep posting it out to me.
I don't buy mags anymore but I am a member of several societies which produce magazines and I enjoy them.
Evening, Dave....RSPB mag....Natural World....Barometer if that's one and whichever craft magazine that takes my fancy...usually patchwork and quilting or crochet if it's quirky.
Classic Boat, Practical Boat Owner, Towpath Talk (an essential freebie, particularly for inside info on militant anglers) and Private Eye..

..[i]I gave up my Vogue subscription in 2002)
Prefer to do the crosswords and read the newspapers. I can't remember the last time I bought a magazine.
Jeza:
Aldi definitely used to stock Pat Gorman pork pies:

Email [email protected] to check for stockists.

Those damned anglers, are they talking about revolution again, hippy chick ?.
Hi sunny-dave

NME, Musictech, Q, Uncut, Blues and Soul magazine ( Mainly online look there ) ........ANY mag to do with Music of all genres really, but mainly Dance orientated content.....always in newsagents finding new monthly issues.

Now.......newspaper wise I like a good laugh in the mornings, with my brekkie, before I go out to work, to entertain the the good people of the South, so. wait for it................yep.....I get...The Sun ( and anyone who mentions page 3, bite your tongue :0) )

When I get into my studio's there is EVERY paper under the sun there so glance through most during the day's tunes.

I get the Watch tower pushed through my door at regular intervals, which gets shoved into the recyling pronto.
