i have a new panasonic with built in freeview an easy explanation ,please how do i record and play back.?in simple terms please i am thick.

Just because it's freeview doesn't mean it can record, for that you need a freeview recorder.

You don't - it doesn't do that!

It RECEIVES Freeview signals via the built in Digital tuner - it has no facility to RECORD them. For that you need a separate Freeview PVR (Personal Video Recorder) box - a set-top box with built-in hard disk for recording.
