I'm 14 and soooooo sick of being v.skinny! I have no boobs or bum and need a healthy diet which will put some meat on me! I always end up buying age 10 clothes and things like that, I can't even go into top shop and buy a a pair of jeans because the size sixes (when they rarely have them) will be too short but the waist will fit. I would by specially made stuff or a petite range but its normally too expensive. I really tired of people saying be careful with her, she'll snap and boys not finding me attractive. What doesn't help is that I like sport and am an active person, I go to a club twice a week so I need a healthy diet high in energy and that will make me bigger! I'm not very tall either. Please help!

Do you realise how many people on this site will not be able to sympathise with your plight?! Don't worry, I know exactly how you feel. At 13/14 I was the same height I am now (5ft11") and about 7 stone- basically I looked like a beanpole. Then accelerated puberty hit and bam! I got boobs, hips, a bum and now have to struggle to keep the weight off! I would relish your frame and high metabolism now, as you may not always be so lucky... It's really good that you like sport- keep this up, as quitting exercise will not help you fatten up. Could you tell me what your everyday diet consists of? That will give me a better idea of how to advise you.
I would say trying eating lots of fruit, veg and nuts, which are 'good fats', also pasta for energy. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, as Georgit says, once you're through puberty the boys won't know what'* *** 'em and the girls will be soooo jealous of you! As will I :)
Dude girls often worry about there apperance more than guys dude due to the fact of attractiveness, im a male of 16 and im skinny too im 5'8 and 9 stone. It dont matter how much u weigh or look just be happy wit it.And trust me, theres plenty of guys that find skinny lasses good looking, so dont worry, just one thing dont turn anerexic or stuff like that cos thats savage. anyway gotta go laterz
I know you can buy milkshakes etc to encourage muscle growth. I'm not talking about protein powder for athletes and body builders, I mean stuff recommended by docs. Try Holland and Barrat or Boots.
