If you purchase it here in the UK (for your own use, and with no intent to resell it), it's legal. However, if you purchase it from overseas (either in person or online) it's a criminal offence to seek to import it into the UK.

If you purchased a replica watch in the UK, it would be wise not to wear it on an overseas trip, otherwise you could be accused of illegally trying to import it into another country, or back into the UK.

From experience, this is a spam thread where another new user will post something like "Sure it's legal, why not try www.dodgywatches.com" (or whatever site they are spamming)
