mobile phone use when driving

i was in the car with mr g today when some idiot was driving whilst using his mobile pulled out of a side road and only just stopped in time before hitting us, and then the cheeky barsteward had the nerve to wave us on......... with his mobile, i was going to get out and give him a mouthful but mr g stopped me!!! are some people exempt from the law

i thought all car and van drivers were exempt from this law. no one obeys it near my house.Trying to cross the road and a car driver, phone in right hand trying to turn right with his left hand and change gear at the same time.You would have to see it to believe it.

Bob, of course its worse. Tell me that you can read a map at the same time as talking on the phone whilst driving and I would be astounded. I was a rep for years on the road trying to do that very thing and its damn near impossible. Therefore proving your concentration is compromised!

The difference is bob the.. yapping brats , crisps etc are not against the law, mobile phone use while driving is.....
