you know those bags that banks use - the small plastic ones - to keep coins in?? does anyone know their proper name? I'm trying to buy some online, and struggling to track them down.

exellent... i was told the other day they'd charge me for giving change, so didn't expect them to give the bags out for free!!
the bank dont charge if you have an account at the branch you take the coins to.
Why dont you use one of those machines in supermarkets. it costs you seven pence in every pound but they then give you a receipt which you take to the till. They will then give you the cash in notes. sainsburys and asdas do it in the foyer

they are called coinstar

Shannon, it's not to sort my change - it's so i can sort out my till. I am a massive fan of those machines in supermarkets, I sort of feel like I'm getting free money from them, if you know what I mean!!!
