I'm probably being a really dumb biddy but I don't do much on-line shopping!
Next are offering free delivery but where do you put the code? As you 'add to bag' it makes out your order but I don't see a space for special codes and the total adds on the delivery charge.
Hope this makes sense, I'm losing the plot today. Thanks.

Morning all...v cold but bright n breezy again
Oh tut, don't you just hate people who leave their trolleys in the way? I've just stumbled into this on the way in, it must be jno's...

Next do some nice bags shaney but you have to be quick if you see one you like...I ummed & ahhed over a lovely squishy brown leather one a while back & when I finally made up my mind it was gone. Would have been lovely with my new boots now. If they did a slightly smaller version of that patchwork one I wouldn't hesitate...maybe jno will give me a few bundles to pad it out.
certainly, Robinia, I'll see you right

oh heck, haha...the last time that much money fell on my head it was still in the safe
morning all, DH has gone out biking with a mate and I am spring chucking. here's my top tip
Before you buy things to store things in make sure that you actually want to keep the things that you are going to put in the things that you are going to buy.
Is that the title of your new feng shui book Woofy, either way it's brilliant, you should print posters and those who most should refrain from buying another item would certainly buy it (I for one).

'day everyone, I don't have much to say...
Good afternoon, have had a lovely family day and no shouting! We went tpo do a weekly shop (being as Mr N played golf all day ayer) and all the shops are shut, only open on Sundays in the summer! So he put the new tap on the basin for me, looks good, and took out the windows so I could clean them and shutters. Then we went to Santa Agnes for the famous omelette which was also closed for holidays, so we ended up in San An where there were the dregs of last night flower power party, it was great, really pretty. We ate in a fab place where I had dates stuffed with goats cheese wrapped in filo pastry and deep fried, and in a cheese and date sauce; absolutely delicious, Mr N had rocquefort salad with walnuts, and then I ate cordon bleu and they had escalopes (snitzels? no idea in english) no alkyhol , than a long long walk back to the bay and the parked car, so am feeling great and now back in bed watching dvds!
Oh god that sounds so delicious...! *drooooools* Neti you take out the windows to clean them??
Well we have security bars and I bang my knuckles when trying to reach through and round so; as they are small sliding windows , it's easier to remove them, pop them on our big bed and clean them, making sure they are on a big towel first, don't want to dirty my bedcover, I take the shutters off also to hose them down.
security windows that are easy to remove, that's good thinking. The meal sounds raaaaather nice, though I am not sure I would have been in a state to walk back to the car and would probably have called my chauffeur.
Jeez Neti, you have got to be the best housekeeper evah. Barring this one http://i55.tinypic.com/2yvt4pv.jpg (but I do see your point).
The windows are secure, just popper outable from the inside. The bars are the security feature jno. And my chauffeur was walking with me. Luckily I wasn't teetering in high heels!
Kit thats me ha ha
morning all, last and first again. Cold start here but dry and no wind so quite pleasant walking once warm inside fleecy jacket. The dogs spent all of yesterday out in the garden following the squirrels from tree to tree, I had to prise them out of bed this morning to go out so expecting a quiet day. Mr W is out on the bike again while the dry weather lasts and before his next batch of appointments come through, so today i am wet cleaning our wood floor. Oh lucky me!!
Good morning Everybiddy. Back to normal day today. Back to school day for me.Will be meeting a new set of children to help and one class from last year. Really looking forward to it.
Hi Woofy wonder where everyone is. It's cold and breezy here too. but the frost we had has gone almost completely.
Kit watch for the post. Nothing much - just a little thankyou!

Just having a lovely latte and some toast. Had some porridge and a cuppa tea about 7. Love my toast and latte. I eat little and often so I'm hoping that takes care of my weight. Still around 10st.2. Some people comment on how thin I am but I sometimes wonder if I was fat if they would comment, I doubt it. Still I'm not too bothered.
Have to go and do a bit of hoovering upstairs. See yer later 'gater(s)! Have a good day.

Morning gang...even though in theory it's milder than it has been lately it still feels very cold to me, probably 'cos it's damp & grey. And don't my joints know it, luv-a-duck, toothache everywhere.

People think you're thin at 10st 2 Jude? Are you over 6ft tall haha? Crikey, what must they have thought of me this time last yr when I was about 8st 3?...now I'm around 9st 5. I'm ok with that & well within a 'normal' bmi. Not that I give two hoots what people think & you're right, it seems ok to refer to stiks as skinny, anorexic even. There was a time in my yoof when it would have upset me and sometimes did but I got over it :o)

btw Kit, forgot to say I hadn't read about ABBA. If they're really going to do it I wish they'd get on with it while I can still get into my disco-kimono :o)
Hi. Cold but dry here. I have spent a lovely hour back in bed listening to Ken Bruce and reading a good book. Thoroughly relaxing.

I weighed 9st 10 and was 5'10" when I was 24 and believe me I was skinny!! So I can understand someone thinking Jude is thin at 10st.2.

I look very slim now when I am 11.5st. believe it or not. But I am way past that now!!

Going to start a real clear out this week and am going to be ruthless. Easy to say. I shall probably fill a small carrier bag. I have loads of inherited photos from my Mum and am going to throw all all those that have no meaning to me. I shall keep family photos. I also have loads of her old Christmas, birthday and valentine cards (from her last man friend). I have loads of her paintings - she was a brilliant artist.

I would really like to clear out a lot of Mr LL's junk, but I daren't. His family were refugees and existed on nothing which meant they became horders and collectors and nothing was wasted. He has inherited this. Nothing gets thrown away. I have given up nagging his on this.

Take care all

xx
Morning all, it is a lovely day here warm and sunny and bright, went out shopping in boots and a bomber hacket but had to come home and change into lighter clothes before I had a coffee!

I can still get into my size 12 jeans so don't think I've put on too much weight, but am aware that I have to get back to healthy living soon, just waiting for daughter's problems to pass (hopefully all will be Ok on thurs) then I'll set too and diet!!!!
Oh btw lottie, I'm a hoarder since coming here in the early 70's, cos there was not much available, I still buy double of some foods cos they were unheard off here until recently ie Golden syrup, Eng bread, quite a lot in fact, and then Mr N comes along and tidies out the cupboards and moans about all the extra tins and things!!! I collect, irons (new ones) hoovers practically anything, and whenever I go to the rubbish tip by the side of the road, I often bring back shelves which eventually have to go back!
Good grief - Perhaps we should swap fellas' ;o)
